Pay all outstanding school fees into any of the approved institution’s bank accounts. There is no extra payment for online examinations. Send evidence of payment(s) to email: bursar@foundationpoly.com.ng or whatApps: 0802-742-4802 for issuance of clearance. If you had previously cleared your fees and you were cleared, you do not need to send any evidence of payment.
Provide any of the following devices with internet connections for the online examinations: laptops, tablets, phones and smart devices (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Android). The examination software is compatible with all operating systems. For students using phones for their data connection, the sim card should be distinct. You should not use any sim card that calls will disrupt while taking the examinations to avoid disruptions and disconnections from the examinations site. You might not be able to get reconnected to the examinations site after such disruptions.
Fill online examinations form on the institution’s website www.foundationpoly.com.ng Note that registration for the examinations starts form Monday, July 13, 2020 to Tuesday, August 4, 2020.
Within twenty four hours after registration on the website, an email will be sent to you. The email will provide your log-in details (username and password) for the online examinations. It will also give you an invitation to take a SAMPLE EXAMINATION on the examinations site. This is to enable you familiarise yourself with the online examinations platform.
The time table for the examinations remain as was previously issued. It is the starting date that has changed. Change the first date on the examination time table to Monday, August 10, 2020. Insert subsequent days accordingly.
The examinations site has inbuilt video. You will be monitored live by the invigilators. The video will also be recorded and saved. You are advised to sit for the examinations in a conducive and comfortable place where no one will distract or disturb you. You should not indulge in any form of examinations misconduct. Defaulters will face examinations misconduct panel and students found guilty will be disciplined as stipulated in our examinations code of conduct
